Directions

From the M5, leave motorway at Junction 27 and take the A361 North Devon Link road towards Barnstaple. Take the A39 towards Bideford. Go over the high level bridge at Bideford, straight over the roundabout after the bridge, staying on the A39. After several miles turn left at the next roundabout, signed to Industrial Estates and Bideford. As you enter Bideford you will see Caddsdown Industrial Park on your right.

From Exeter, take Crediton, Winkleigh, Torrington, Bideford road. As you arrive in Bideford turn left up hill follow that road out of Bideford toward Bude and Clovelly. You will go past Blights Garage on your right 100yds further turn left into Caddsdown Industrial Park.

From Cornwall, come up A39 just before Bideford you will pass through a small village Horns Cross, at next roundabout turn right, signed to Industrial Estates and Bideford. As you enter Bideford you will see Caddsdown Industrial Park on your right.

Once on Caddsdown Industrial Park, follow the road through the estate, and you will find ETC on your left. For the EMC Centre, carry on past ETC, turn left after the Business Centre and you will find the EMC Centre at the bottom on the right.
